Change My Settings

The following settings can be changed online. If you haven't already logged in, you'll be asked to enter your SkyTel PIN and Subscriber Security Code when you make a selection.

Change your Subscriber Security Code
Your Subscriber Security Code gives you access to all of the applicable features on this site and to subscriber features on the SkyTel phone system.

Change your Reply ID
 (For subscribers of SkyWriter®, BlackBerry by SkyTel, SkyTel Mobile Mail and SkyWord Plus with SkyReply® only)
When you reply to a message from your unit, the SkyTel network will automatically add a signature, or reply ID, if available. This option allows you to add or change your signature.

Change your Greeting for Operator Dispatch service
 (For Operator Dispatch subscribers only) 
When your callers select the Operator Dispatch option to dictate a message, a SkyTel Operator greets them. This option allows you to customize the greeting used by our Operator.
