Message Center Customers:

The Wisdom OS upgrade is not recommended for Message Center customers because it may introduce errors. If you upgrade, you might experience the following:

• Using the "More" option to retrieve more of an email may result in duplicate messages. 
• The address book may be blank when you choose an address from Favorites and then choose Add. 
• All voice mail notifications may not be received. 
• When the Message Center Email Pop-up Window is open and another message is received, the message displayed may not be the message selected.
