More Information on Message Recall
Message Recall on the web works exactly like Message Recall by telephone - you'll be able to retrieve numeric and text messages sent by:
- telephone (via the telephone keypad or Operator Dispatch)
- the SkyTel Send a Message page
- software (SkyTel Access, for example)
- text entry terminals
- email
- a unit capable of sending a message
Advanced Messaging customers who subscribe to SkyTalk® voice mail will be able to retrieve their voice messages online. SkyTel Fax Advance customers will also be able to view or forward any faxes received.
Depending on your SkyTel service, Message Recall stores your text messages for up to 4 days, then automatically deletes them. To determine how long your messages will be accessible by Message Recall, check the chart below:
