Pager Optional Services:
Your eBay pager includes the following optional features.
Any or all of them can be added at any time at no extra charge. When the feature is
actually used, additional message units are deducted, as described below.
Voice Mail
Just like your answering machine, people can leave you a
detailed voice message up to 60 seconds in length. There are no extra numbers to remember
– callers just follow the prompts when they call your toll-free pager number.
When you receive a voice mail, your pager will alert
you with a "Voice Message" notification. Call your toll-free pager number to
listen to the message.
Voice mail messages decrease your message-unit balance by
five message units in your home Metro zone, or ten message units when you’ve
activated Nationwide Now®.

Operator Dispatch
With Operator Dispatch, friends and family can dictate a
message to a SkyTel operator, who then transmits the message directly to your pager.
Callers simply dial your toll-free pager number and follow the prompts.
When you receive an Operator Dispatch message, you see the complete text of the message
directly on your pager screen.
Operator Dispatched messages decrease your message-unit balance by 20 units in
addition to the message itself.

Caller ID
Just like your home phone, when you add Caller ID service
to your pager, you’ll know who’s calling you right away. When someone sends a
numeric message or a voice mail, the caller’s ID appears right after the message on
your screen.
Caller ID decreases your message-unit balance by one message unit in Metro, and five
message units when Nationwide Now is activated, in addition to the message units
used by the message itself.

Nationwide Now®
Nationwide Now® gives you temporary nationwide coverage,
only when you need it. It’s "coverage on demand" for those times when
you’re traveling outside of your normal service area, and still want to receive your
eBay a-go-go™ alerts and personal messages.
All it takes is one quick call to the SkyTel system to turn Nationwide Now® on. You
specify the number of days (up to 14) you want nationwide service and Nationwide Now® is
automatically stopped at the end of the specified period. You can also manually deactivate
Nationwide Now® at any time.
So, when you activate Nationwide Now®, you can receive your eBay a-go-go alerts and
personal messages in any of the thousands of cities and towns where SkyTel offers
coverage.
Nationwide Now® decreases your message-unit balance only when activated. Number and
word messages count five message units for each ten-character block, and voice mail counts
ten message units per notification.
