SkyTel offers quality pagers by quality manufacturers. All of our
paging products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the
materials contained with your pager for more information. Additional copies of the
manufacturers warranties can be downloaded from our
User Information area.
If you have a problem with your pager within the first two
weeks:
Should your pager malfunction or should you have problems with your
service within 14 days from the date the product was shipped, please contact us at
ebayagogosupport@mtel.com. If we determine that the pager is malfunctioning, a Customer Service
Representative will assist you in replacing your pager.
If you find that youre simply not happy with your purchase within the first two
weeks, please send an Email to
ebayagogosupport@mtel.com for a Return
Materials Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. The RMA number and
instructions will be sent to you at your computer Email address. As long as you use your
RMA number, SkyTel will honor your decision and send a refund with no questions asked.
Just return your pager within 14 days of shipment. When you return your pager, please
provide the original packing slip as proof of purchase.
If you have a problem with your pager after two weeks:
Should your pager malfunction after 14 days of shipment, please contact the
manufacturer. The number can be found on the warranty information shipped with your pager.
