Existing Customers:
Before downloading, call SkyTel at 1-800-SKY-USER to
add Go.Web to your current account. Once added, the
feature will be activated within 72 hours.
Download and install the software only after adding the feature to your account.
New Customers:
If you added Go.Web to your account when you ordered
your RIM unit, the feature should be activated by the
time you receive your shipment. Once you have your
unit in hand, proceed to download and install the
software.
